I've had my greatest experience with raw veganism back in 2012, where for quite some time, I committed fully to being a raw vegan. As time went on, I decided that such a diet wasn't for me at the moment, and went back to veganism.
Though I decided not to remain a raw food vegan, I couldn't ignore the benefits and positive effects it had on me.
My energy was through the roof, my vision was better, my mind was clearer, and my skin? Glowing!
My personal analysis is that I am doing just fine with keeping a lot of raw fruits and vegetables in my diet through snacks, salads, juices, and smoothies. To reboot (in various ways) I sometimes partake
